Thursday 23rd
7 pm: Meet your teammates and the other teams in a Champagne Toast for players only at Cava de
8 pm: Welcome Reception with Cheese Fondue and Escorihuela Gascón Wine
Tasting Dinner. Location: Salon de los Jardines, first floor, in
the Panamericano Bariloche Hotel. Invited are the players, their guests
and family, the coaches, referees, some sponsors and friends, including Frodo,
Carol Jones, Axel, Jake, Eli and Isla.
9 pm: Press is invited to join us for a Chocolate Fondue, photos and
team-shirt presentations.
Friday
24th
6 to 10 am: VIP Breakfast will be served at the Panamericano
Salon, first floor.
8 am, 8:30 am, 9:30 am: Transportation vans will be provided to go to Cerro
Catedral. Nestor Ski will provide your ski and snowboard equipment. Claudia
will arrange classes and ski passes on the spot (included).
Non-skiers will
be provided with a Gondola Pass (included) to the top of the mountain in order
to be able to enjoy the view and meet their friends.
4:30 to 7 pm: Return your equipment to Nestor Ski and you will be
escorted for a High Tea at the Restaurant Jardín de Invierno at Pire-Hue at the
base of the mountain (included).
6:30 pm, 7 pm and 7:30 pm: Van transportation departing from secondary parking
lot (Playa Norte), near the restaurant, provided to go back to Panamericano
Bariloche Hotel for a Free Night. We recommend Tango Sur for a delicious dinner
and Tango show right next door to the Panamericano Bariloche Hotel lobby at
9:30 pm.
Saturday
25th
7 am to
11 am: VIP Breakfast Salón Panamericano, First Floor.
10:30
am: Transportation
vans will be provided to go to Cerro Catedral for BeFit.
11 am
to 1 pm: Stretching and warm up activities at BeFit Yoga Studio and Gym at
Las Terraza Shopping Center first floor, at Cerro Catedral Mountain,
overlooking the Plaza Catalina Reynal Snow Polo field. Highly recommended.
Players have priority.
12 noon, 12:30 pm: Transportation vans will be provided to go to Cerro
Catedral for BeFit and Snow Polo.

be awarded at Podium on the field after the Finals.
Skies and boots
will be presented by Catalina Reynal (3 years old) donated by Scandinavian and
Aspen to a worthy young girl.
5 pm to 6:30 pm aproximatelly: We meet in Fenoglio, the chocolate cafe and store right next to the parking
lot, for a hot chocolate or coffee (included), while we wait for the vans to
fill up and leave for Bariloche.
5:30 pm, 6 pm, 7 pm: Transportation vans will be provided to go back to
the Panamericano Bariloche Hotel.
8 to 9:30 pm: In Panamericano X Lounge; water, tea, soft saxophon
music, candle light stretching session by BeFit
for players only.
10 pm: Celebration dinner at the Tresor
Casino Bariloche Restaurant, located in the Panamericano Bariloche Hotel,
in the Beruti Tower across the street from San Martin Main Hotel Entrance.
Late night and all night long: Dancing, drinks and party, at
Wilkenny Pub, with VIP passes. It is located on 455, San Martin Street, two
blocks away from the Hotel. Come and go as you wish.
Sunday
26th
7 am to 11 am: VIP Breakfast at the Panamericano Salon.
11 am sharp: Transportation vans will be provided to go to Puerto
Pañuelo,
11:45 am: Lake Boat Tour to Victoria island & Arrayan (myrtle tree)
Forest in the Cau Cau Catamaran. This
forest was Walt Disney's inspiration for Bambi. VIP seats and catering service
included. Players only. A U$S 4 National
Park Fee (U$S 2 for argentinians) will be charged to everyone.
6:30 pm: Transportation vans will be provided to go to back to the Panamericano
Bariloche Hotel.
9 pm: Gala Dinner (casual) at Panamericano Salon.
10 pm: Extra Prize Ceremony and Farewell Patagonia Celebration, at Salón de los
Jardines. Press, Sponsors, and Bariloche’s VIPs and friends have been invited
to join us for desert and wine.
Monday
27th
6 am to 10:30 am: VIP Breakfast at the Panamericano Salon.
9 am: Van Tour of Bariloche Lake Region (Included, please confirm with Frodo.
Aprox. 3 hs). We will pass by the Hotel to drop off those travelling later in the
day, and continue directly to the airport with those departing at 1:40 pm.
Airport
Transfers will be provided during the morning and afternoon too. Reconfirm
flight departures with Frodo.
Flight to
Buenos Aires where transfers from Jorge Newbery City Airport to Panamericano
Hotel Buenos Aires will be included.
Panamericano
Buenos Aires Hotel in 27th - out 30th
9 pm: Panamericano Fem Polo Party at Celtic Pub on lobby level.
